We don’t advocate telling your customers they are ugly.  That would be bad for business, and it wouldn’t encourage them to spend more money in your store or ever come back, and some of them might even injure you.  So what can you do to create a win-win situation for you and your customers, especially the ugly ones?  How about selling nice low-priced makeup in your store?  You could create a section for makeup in the Health and Beauty section of your store, or put cosmetics near the cash register to encourage impulse buys.  You’ll be increasing profits and making the world a more beautiful place at the same time.  It’s a true win-win deal.

We just received a couple of Thanksgiving closeout items for the kids table.  We have a little cardboard centerpiece, item KJ603, which is a turkey with spots on his back for lollipops.  You just set it up on the table and fill it with lollipops for the kids, and they’ll  love it.  Our other item is a special Thanksgiving bib for little gobblers and droolers to wear while feasting.  And if you have older relatives who drool (and we all do), put a bib on them as well.

It is with heavy hearts that we inform you that William Cerrano has passed away an untimely death on Thursday, October 15^th, 2009.

William was a big part of our Kole Imports family. His smile, caring nature and all around good cheer will be sorely missed by all of us here who had the pleasure of working with and getting to know him. William was a truly good guy who could always be counted on for a huge smile and a kind word.

William was just 32 years old and leaves behind a wife and two children and our thoughts and prayers are with them at this difficult time.
